Statement of Faith:

We Believe: that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, and is the only standard by which a believer should conduct their life (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21)

We Believe: that there is only one God, the creator of the heavens and the earth, Who eternally exists in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit

We Believe: that Jesus Christ (God the Son) was manifest in the flesh and was the express image of the Father (John 10:33; Phil. 2:5-8; John 14:9; Hebrews 1:3); He was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew1:23; Luke 1:34-35); He lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15; 7:26); His works validated His ministry as the promised Messiah (John 10:38; John 14:11); through His vicarious death and the shedding of His blood He has made atonement for the sins of the world (Ephesians 1:7; Hebrews 2:9; 1 John 2:2); He was buried and rose from the grave after three days (Matthew 16:21; John 2:19-21; 1 Corinthians 15:4); He ascended into heaven where He now sits at the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19; Acts 1:2); He will personally return to the earth in power and great glory (Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11-13; Revelation 19:14-16).

We Believe: that due to the sinfulness of the human nature, eternal life is only obtained by those who have been reborn by the Holy Spirit (John 3:3; Titus 3:4-5); that justification and eternal salvation, being a free gift of God’s grace, is only promised to those who by faith have been cleansed by the blood of Christ  and have received and confess that Jesus Christ is their personal Lord and Savior (John 3:16-19; John 5:24; Romans 5:8-9; Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8-10)

We Believe: that from the point of regeneration it is the continuous ministry of the Holy Spirit in the believers life that conforms them into the image of Christ and enables them to live a life of godliness in this present age  (2 Corinthians 3:17-18; Romans 8:29; 2 Peter 1:2-4)

We Believe: that there is one Church whom Christ is the head and that as His body we are to endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:22-23; 4:15-16; 4:1-6)

We Believe: that the Church is called to be salt and light in this present age, and it is by our love for God and for others that the world will know we are disciples of Jesus Christ (Matthew 5:13-16; John 13:34-35; )

We Believe: that both saved and unsaved will be resurrected from the grave; the saved will be resurrected unto eternal life (Literal Heaven), while the unsaved will be resurrected unto eternal damnation (Literal Hell) (John 5:28-29; Revelation 20:11-15)
